The memories paid to Yubaba is one of the most important elements going towards gameplay here in Hidden By Gods. During applications, players list ten memories important to them that they will be losing, along with their new name after that they will get after signing the contract with Yubaba. These ten memories can be regained over time, but until then, it will affected them greatly. As well as affecting your character, the memories lost will also affect the lives of other character's from their canon. In order to minimize confusion, we have set up this memory post where each player can list their ten memories for their respective character(s).

When a character regains a memory, you may add on to your post (or edit your post) to state which memory has now been given back. A character may regain a memory through a daydream or night dream, or even suddenly! Characters may regain a remember with as simple as blinking, really.

If there are any concerns about conflict within the memories listed within this post, please bring the situation to the mods here on our contact page (or our plurk if you prefer) after speaking with the other player(s).

As a final note, we have set up a basic format below for you to fill out your ten memeories with if you wish. Thank you!

Silver the Hedgehog | Venice;
Sonic the Hedgehog (video games);

When the Sonic Next-Gen timeline was erased, everyone but Sonic forgot it existed. However, Blaze in Silver's timeline had still sealed the Iblis from "their" timeline inside of herself, then sent herself to the Sol dimension. So because of this, when the time shenanigans of Sonic Generations transpired, Crisis City was able to be resurrected. Everyone who experienced Sonic Next-Gen are given the memories temporarily (within this game, that is), but whatever memories and life they had been living up to that point is still in-tact. This explains Blaze's attitude towards Crisis City (ie her remarks about being surprised to be in Crisis City again), and Silver's nonchalant attitude towards it, but his wariness of Sonic (who, given all the sudden rush of memories loaded upon him thanks to the Time Eater, could be dead, the Iblis Trigger, defeated Iblis, etc. All at once, really). Suffice to say, Silver isn't like how Metal Sonic and Shadow (the other two hedgehog rivals) were. He is not aware like they are of what in the world is happening (aka time shenanigans), just that he was kidnapped, but he is aware that it is something that had happened in the past. It's come back to him in a dream-like experience in Generations, so Silver's memories are spotty.



.o1 Blaze's "death" aka sealing Iblis and going to another dimension.

.o2 Sonic's death by Mephiles.

.o3 The whole Last Story of Sonic Next-Gen, especially the ability to go Super (This also reinforces that he's not aware of what's going on to him from his canon point, aka the Sonic Generations plotline).

.o4 Sonic Rivals timeline/plotline (This also reinforces that he's not aware of what's going on to him from his canon point, aka the Sonic Generations plotline).

.o5 Sonic Rivals 2 timeline/plotline (This also reinforces that he's not aware of what's going on to him from his canon point, aka the Sonic Generations plotline).

.o6 Mephiles' appearance.

.o7 Which, ties into this one: causing him to forget who he mistaken Shadow for (this is important).

.o8 He remembers Iblis only as "The Flames of Disaster". He does not remember the name or the look/appearance of Iblis or its minions. Just that everything resembled fire. Though he remembers going into the past with Shadow to find out that Sonic is not the Iblis Trigger, he does not remember the part when the Duke of Soleanna seals Iblis within Elise. He remembers that it resembled fire, but not that it was Iblis.

.o9 That he came from two hundred years in the future of Sonic's world/his world (not that he knew the exact date himself anyway). He remembers time travelling, but not the when and why basically.

1o. After going ten years into the past with Shadow, he does not remember running into Sonic the Hedgehog and helping him with the use of Chaos Control save Elise from her death (that they had just witnessed). Likewise, he does not remember fully going back to his time, as it's vague (tieing in with memory o1 and memory o8), and only remembers that he went back (maybe).
